Canadian Institute of Realtors
Manitoba Chapter #6 granted. 25 members registered.

1971

Canadian Institute of Realtors becomes The Real Estate Institute of Canada.

1973

• Letters of Patent of Incorporation registered of The Real Estate Institute of Manitoba Inc. in the City of Winnipeg November 14, 1973.

• CPM® - Certified Property Managers
• FRI - Fellow of the Real Estate Insitute
• The Chair was occupied by R. Alan Dick FRI for the first meeting.
