Professional Property Managers Association

The PPMA was first organized in 1984 and currently represents over 1/3 of the total rental universe in Manitoba and 60% within Winnipeg - both private and public sector housing - and over 45 property owners and managers. Our Association also includes over 40 different Associate members from the supply industry.

Manitoba Real Estate Association

The Manitoba Real Estate Association (MREA) is a non-profit society representing the interests and concerns of licensed REALTORS. Its membership consists of four real estate boards and their members and, in areas of the province where real estate boards have no jurisdiction, direct members.

Manitoba Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada

The Manitoba Association of the Appraisal Institute of Canada is the provincial association that represents AIC in Manitoba. The Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) is the premier national organization that designates, represents, and promotes professional real estate appraisers and valuation consultants nationwide.

Canadian Condominium Institute - Manitoba Chapter

The Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1982. It is the only national association to serve as a central clearinghouse on condominium issues and activities across the country. CCI is represented provincially by local chapters, such as the Manitoba Chapter.
