This reviews the advanced application of the mathematics of mortgage financing. This course explores development analysis and development financing. Five days. Final exam.

Pre-requisite REIC 2350: Finance in the Real Estate Context

This introduces the student to commercial real estate leasing transactions and provides a foundation for directing acquisitions of commercial accommodation through the medium of a lease. Five days. Final exam.

Focuses on leasing procedures which follow the selection of qualified premises and confirmation of the economic feasibility of the acquisition. Five days. Final exam.

Pre-requisite REIC 2360: The Leasing Process

REIC’s senior level ethics program deals extensively with ethical codes and management issues. Using case studies, group discussions, workshops, and videos, participants will study various real estate ethical codes and will acquire the tools and strategies to maintain strict ethical standards in a business setting. The MPSAXM is designed to assess your knowledge of the concepts, technical skills, and processes invoved in preparing, analyzing, and completing a property managaement plan following IREM standards.  it is completed in a classroom setting and includes an exam component that requires responses to management scenarios based on a property type fro mthe following: office building or conventional apartment.  The exam must be completed in paper-based format.  This course is four days.

This course encompasses all aspects of a Reserve Fund Study. Students will visit and inspect a condominimum building, examine and analze building plands and prepare a complete reserve fund study report. Four days. A reserve fund case study due one month after course ends.
